Capital City Camera Club Digital Photo Competition

ENTRY RULES

• This competition is open to digital photographic images only.
• Entrants take full responsibility for the content of all images including the likeness of recognizable individuals.

• All submissions must be entirely the entrant’s own creation, not taken from stock photos, borrowed from others or created by someone else.
• We will not accept images that are solely the product of Generative AI. We define generative AI as AI that can produce new content by non-photographic techniques, either automated or in response to prompts. We will not accept images that contain elements or content produced by generative AI.

• Images must be submitted through ART CALL in JPG or jpeg file format, sRGB colorspace, minimum of 1920 pixels on the longest side and a maximum of 1920 pixels on the longest side, and no larger than 10 MB.
• To ensure the anonymity of entries during the judging process, no identifying information, including any copyright information, may appear on the image.

• All Submissions will be made through ArtCall. New users will be required to create an ArtCall profile with user login and password. Existing ArtCall users need only login and follow the process for a new submission.
• Artwork must be family-friendly and appropriate for the general public. Artwork that does not meet this standard will be rejected.

• Entry fees are non-refundable. No exceptions!

Consent & Release: The photographer maintains full copyright to their work. The photographer grants the Capital City Camera Club permission to use the submitted photograph(s) for CCCC documentary and educational purposes, to display the photographs on a CCCC website.
